摘要
高质量发展下高校与城市融合共生已是大势所趋。为深入揭示高校与城市融合状况,运用共生理论深入剖析校城融合内在机理,创新采用Lotka—Volterra模型对2013—2020年北京、天津、上海、重庆的校城融合发展水平进行实证研究。结果表明,一是四大直辖市高校与城市综合发展水平不均衡。二是四大直辖市校城融合情况多处于非对称互惠共生与寄生状态。据此从培育共生单元、塑造共生界面、优化共生环境这三方面提出推动高校与城市实现互惠共生的对策建议。
Under the background of high-quality development,the integration and coexistence of universities and cities has become the general trend.In order to reveal the integration of universities and cities deeply,the symbiosis theory is used to analyze the internal mechanism of university-city integration,and the Lotka-Volterra model is adopted to empirically measure the development level of university-city integration in Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai,and Chongqing from 2013 to 2020.The results show that,firstly,the comprehensive development level of universities and cities in the four major municipalities is unbalanced;secondly,the integration of universities and cities in the four major municipalities is mostly in a state of asymmetric mutualism and parasitism.Based on this,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the mutualistic symbiosis between universities and cities from three aspects:cultivating symbiotic units,shaping symbiotic interfaces,and optimizing symbiotic environment.
