我国一流大学学院学术委员会功能发挥的现状及其启示

The Real Function and Enlightenment of Academic Senate of School in Chinese First-class Universities

为促进“双一流”建设,我国一流大学需要重视大学内部治理,激发二级学院的办学主体性,积极发挥学院内部学术委员会的治理功能。本研究通过对我国3所一流大学的质性研究发现,我国一流大学实践中存在“象征型”“共生型”“冲突型”和“悬置型”4种类型的学院学术委员会。通过分析每种类型学院学术委员会,得出“共生型”是最为成功的学院学术委员会建设模式,同时构建出合法性、自主性、有效性和效率性的评价指标体系。

To construct"Double First-class",Chinese first-class universities need to focus on inner governance,especially pay attention to stimulating the vitality of school and making the academic senate in school function well.This study selects 45 subjects related with academic senate of school in 3 Chinese first-class universities through deep interview to collect research material.To find four types including the symbolized type,the mutualism type,the conflict type and the suspend type,among which the mutualism type is the most successful model.Additionally,there are four criteria including independence,efficiency,legitimacy and validity to evaluate the function of academic senate of school in Chinese world-class universities.
