摘要
本文选取美国的6所顶尖研究型大学为研究对象,从培养目标、组织实施、申请条件、评价与激励4个方面对其“拔尖创新人才”培养模式展开论述。总结启示:丰富的科研参与机会是本科生科研的基础条件;教师的参与和指导是本科生科研的核心要素;全过程的项目评估是本科生科研的质量保障;针对性和实效性的激励措施是本科生科研的不竭动力;充足且稳定的资金来源是本科生科研的有力支撑;专门的组织管理机构是本科生科研运行的配套措施。
This paper selects six top research universities in the United States as the research object,and discusses the cultivation mode of"top innovative talents"from four aspects:cultivation objectives,organization and implementation,application requirements,evaluation and incentive.This study concludes that abundant opportunities for research participation are the basic conditions for undergraduate scientific research;teachers’participation and guidance are the core elements of undergraduate scientific research;whole-process project evaluation is the quality guarantee for undergraduate scientific research;targeted and effective incentive measures are the inexhaustible driving force of undergraduate scientific research;sufficient and stable funding is a strong support for undergraduate research;and specialized organization and management institutions are the supporting measures for the operation of undergraduate scientific research.
