摘要
心理健康教学是高校落实心理健康教育的主渠道,目前心理健康教学仍需深化教学效果,打破原有的教育壁垒。行动学习作为一种学习理念和学习方法为心理健康教学寻求新的突破提供可能性,心理健康教学过程中的学生特点、教师特点和学科特点为行动学习与心理健康教学的结合提供基础。在具体的结合路径上,可以从行动学习的过程出发,在心理健康教学中搭建互动支持框架,激发人际支持与动力;通过具体活动为学生创设批判反思的机会,促进“思中学”;突破课堂局限鼓励执行应用的过程,落实“做中学”。
The course Mental Health is the main way to implement mental health education in university.At present,Mental Health course still needs to deepen the education effect and break the educational barriers.As an education concept and an education method,Action Learning provides educators a possibility to break through the current situation.The characteristics of students,teachers and subjects provide the basis for combination of Action Learning and Mental Health course.Based on the process of Action Learning,educators can:1.Build an interactive and supported environment in mental health course,stimulating interpersonal support;2.Arouse curiosity and reflection by class activities,which is similar as"learning by thinking";3.Encourage practice and application outside the classroom,which is similar as"learning by doing".
