基于创新驱动发展理念的冷冻冷藏制冷工艺课程案例教学实践研究

摘要 基于创新驱动发展理念的大学生创新能力培养实践研究,针对冷冻冷藏制冷工艺课程案例教学的创新与教学实践,探讨本科院校应用型人才培养目标、课程体系与应用教学实践模式。依据冷冻冷藏制冷工艺课程教学案例,结合现代农业产业园全温区宽幅仓储冷链应用保鲜工艺,从课程理论与课程实训角度,分析果蔬预冷、冷藏保鲜效果影响因素,探究提升现代农业产业园仓储周转中心果蔬保鲜效果,构建冷冻冷藏制冷工艺课程有效理论与实践教学模块,实现课程教学目的与教学质量,增强学生对课程实训的实践创新意识,旨在提升学生对课程综合知识应用能力,规范本门课程实训、科技创新和课程实践应用的培养体系,探究学生对该课程领域新内容、新知识的应用,创新能力与综合素质的训练及课程教学改革实践方法。 Based on the concept of innovation-driven development-practical research on the cultivation of college students’innovation ability,aiming at the innovation and teaching practice of the case teaching of the course"Freezing and RefrigerationTechnology",the training objectives,curriculum system and application of applied talents in engineering undergraduate colleges were discussed.Based on the teaching case of the course"Freezing and RefrigerationTechnology",combined with the application of preservation technology in the wide-format storage cold chain of the modern agricultural industrial park,and coordinated regulation,from the perspective of course theory and course training,we analyzethe factors affecting the effect of pre-cooling,refrigeration and fresh-keeping of fruits and vegetables.Weexplore practical problems such as improving the fresh-keeping effect of fruits and vegetables in the warehouse turnover center of the modern agricultural industrial park,and obtain greater economic and social benefits.Weconstruct an effective theoretical and practical teaching module for the course"Freezing and Refrigeration Technology",to achieve the purpose and quality of course teaching,and to enhance students’awareness of course practice.The study aims to improve students’ability to apply comprehensive knowledge of courses,standardize the training system of course training,technological innovation and practical application of courses,and explore students’application of new content and new knowledge in the field of courses,creativity and comprehensive quality.Training and curriculum teaching reform practice methods.
