课程思政融入食品专业物理化学课程教学的探索

该文基于食品专业人才培养目标的育人要求,探索物理化学课程与思政元素相融合的方法。首先,提出要以专业需求来调整课程教学内容;其次,从与物理化学相关的生活实例和科研中发掘课程中的思想政治元素,落实思政元素并与专业教育有机融入,从而加强和提升学生的责任感,为社会培养德才兼备的人才;最后,探讨教学方法可以进行多元化的改革,以提升教学过程中学生对课程的关注与参与程度。

Based on the educational requirements of personnel training goal on food major,this paper explores the method of integrating ideological and political elements into Physical Chemistry course and achieves this goal through diverse teaching skills.Firstly,it puts forward that the teaching content should be adjusted according to the professional demand.Secondly,the ideological and political elements related to physics and chemistry should be extracted from daily life and scientific research.Therefore,the ideological and political elements can be spontaneously integrated into the professional education,which is helpful to strengthen the responsibility of students and cultivate talents with both moral and ability for the society.Finally,the reformation of diverse teaching methods were discussed which aims to enhance students’attention and participation during the course.
