摘要
新一轮科技革命背景下,拔尖创新人才培养无疑成为当今教育界的热点话题。地方院校作为支撑区域经济发展人才输出的主要平台,面对新时代创新人才需求,地方高校如何培养拔尖创新人才,是目前各地高校教育面临的重要问题。该文通过剖析地方高校拔尖创新人才培养现有问题,提出小规模“实验班”模式,并对邢台学院化学与化工学院“实验班”的目标定位、培养方案和教学模式等实践改革进行具体的介绍,以期能为地方应用型高校拔尖创新人才培养提供借鉴。
Under the background of the new round of scientific and technological revolution,the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents has undoubtedly become a hot topic in the current educational circle.Local colleges and universities are the main platforms to support the output of talents for regional economic development.Facing the demand for innovative talents in the new era,how to cultivate top-notch innovative talents in local colleges and universities is an important issue that colleges and universities are facing at present.This paper analyzed existing problems in the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in local universities,and put forward the model of small-scale"classes".It also introduced the target orientation,training scheme and teaching mode of the experimental class in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering College of our university.The study expects to be a helpful reference for the other applied local universities to cultivate talents.
