抗疫精神融入辅导员日常工作的路径探究

抗击新冠肺炎疫情的生动实践为辅导员开展思想政治教育工作提供鲜活的案例。辅导员在日常工作中弘扬“生命至上、举国同心、舍生忘死、尊重科学、命运与共”的伟大抗疫精神,对于提升大学生思想道德素质、培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人具有重要意义。辅导员要结合学生的特点,综合运用各种思想政治教育方法,将抗疫精神与日常工作有机融合,充分发挥抗疫精神对大学生的教育引导作用,不断探索创新大学生思想政治教育工作的新路径。

The vivid practice of combating COVID-19 provides a vivid case for university counselors to carry out ideological and political education.In their daily work,counselors carry forward the great anti-epidemic spirit of"life first,unity of the whole nation,sacrifice oneself for others’life,respecting for science and sharing one’s destiny",which is of great significance in improving the ideological and moral quality of college students and training new people of the era to shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.The instructor should combine the characteristics of students and adopt various ideological and political education methods,organically integrate the anti-epidemic spirit with daily work,give full play to the guiding role of anti-epidemic spirit in the education of college students,and constantly explore new ways to innovate the ideological and political education of college students.
