添加Y_(2)O_(3)对CaO-MgO-SiO_(2)体系中CMS的影响

摘要 为了提高镁质耐火材料的高温性能,以分析纯化学试剂MgO、CaO、SiO_(2)、Y_(2)O_(3)等为主要原料,研究了添加Y_(2)O_(3)对CaO-MgO-SiO_(2)体系中钙镁橄榄石(CMS)的生成和转化的影响,以及转化生成物Ca_(4)Y_(6)O(SiO_(4))_(6)的耐火度。结果表明:1)Y_(2)O_(3)的添加不仅能够显著减少CaO-MgO-SiO_(2)体系中低熔点相CMS的生成量,而且能够从CMS中捕获CaO和SiO_(2)使CMS转化为高熔点相Ca_(4)Y_(6)O(SiO_(4))_(6)、MgO和Y_(2)Si_(2)O_(7),有利于提高镁质材料的高温性能。2)Ca_(4)Y_(6)O(SiO_(4))_(6)的耐火度>1800℃。 In order to improve the high temperature performance of magnesia refractories,the effects of the Y_(2)O_(3)addition on the formation and the transformation of(monticellite CMS)in CaO-MgO-SiO_(2)system were researched using analytically pure chemical reagents MgO,CaO,SiO_(2)and Y_(2)O_(3)as main raw materials,and the refractoriness of the forming product Ca_(4)Y_(6)O(SiO_(4))_(6)was studied.The results show that:(1)the addition of Y_(2)O_(3)can not only significantly reduce the production of low melting point phase CMS in the MgO-CaO-SiO_(2)system,but also capture CaO and SiO_(2)to convert CMS into high-melting point phases Ca_(4)Y_(6)O(SiO_(4))_(6),MgO and Y_(2)Si_(2)O_(7),which is beneficial to improving the high temperature performance of magnesia materials;(2)and the refractoriness of Ca_(4)Y_(6)O(SiO_(4))6is higher than 1800℃.
