从耦合到融合:南京建设体育城市与新型城市的历程与效应研究

From Coupling to Integration:The Course and Effect of Building Nanjing into a Sports City and a New City

在“转变城市发展方式,推进新型城市建设”的国家城市战略背景下,为探索中国特色新型城市建成路径,研究运用历史分析法、文献资料法以及逻辑分析法等研究方法,探索南京体育城市与新型城市建设从耦合到融合的历程与效应。研究认为:南京体育城市和“强富美高”新南京建设在价值旨归与实践路径上具有高度一致性。2000年后,南京体育城市与新型城市建设从耦合到融合的历程分为3个阶段:(1)第10届全运会助力南京转型发展阶段。第10届全运会推动南京河西新城启动、南京城市土地利用类型转换、土地增值以及南京城市更新与经济结构调整;(2)世界体育名城与南京新型城市建设耦合阶段。青奥会拉开南京城市空间布局框架,世界体育名城建设助推“强富美高”新南京建设;(3)体育强市与“强富美高”新南京融合发展阶段。体育强市与“强富美高”新南京的融合态势形成,融合效应亦开始发力。

Under the background of the national urban strategy of“transform the urban development mode and promote the construction of new cities”,in order to explore the construction path of new cities with Chinese characteristics,this paper explore the process and effect of the coupling to integration of Nanjing building sports city and new city with the methods of historical analysis,literature and logical analysis.The research shows that the construction of a sports city in Nanjing is highly consistent with the“Strong Rich Beautiful and High”new Nanjing in value orientation and practice path.After 2000,the process of Nanjing sports city and new urban construction from coupling to integration can be divided into three stages:(1)the stage of the 10th National Games helping Nanjing transform and develop.The 10th National Games promoted the launch of Nanjing Hexi New Town,the transformation of Nanjing urban land use types,land value-added,Nanjing urban renewal and economic structure adjustment;(2)The coupling stage between the world famous sports city and the construction of Nanjing new city.The Youth Olympic Games opened the urban spatial layout framework of Nanjing,and the construction of world famous sports city promoted the construction of a the“Strong Rich Beautiful and High”new Nanjing;(3)The stage of integration and development of a strong sports city and a the“Strong Rich Beautiful and High”new Nanjing.The integration situation between a strong sports city and a“Strong Rich Beautiful and High”new Nanjing has taken shape,and the integration effect has also begun to work.
