红色旅游教育效果评价与优化路径研究

Research on Effect Evaluation and Optimization Path of Red Tourism Education:Based on the Perception of Tourism Management Postgraduate Students

红色旅游具有独特的教育功能,评价红色旅游教育效果并提出相应优化路径对于加强红色铸魂育人工程具有重要意义。以长沙市高校旅游管理类研究生为调研对象,从认知、情感、行为三个维度建立红色旅游教育效果评价指标体系,以点带面探讨目前研究生红色旅游教育中存在的问题。在此基础上,提出坚持文化供需结合,丰富高校红色旅游教育内容;强化创新意识,打造特色红色旅游教育形式;延伸校园教育链,巩固红色旅游教育效果等对策,以期为有效加强研究生红色旅游教育提供科学参考。

Red tourism has a unique educational function.It is of great significance to evaluate the educational effect of red tourism and put forward the corresponding optimization path for strengthening the project of"red casting soul and educating people".Taking the postgraduate students of tourism management in Changsha uni-versities as the research object,this paper established the evaluation index system of red tourism education effect from three dimensions:cognitive,emotional and behavioral,and discussed the problems existing in the current red tourism education of graduate students.On this basis,it was proposed to adhere to the combination of cultural supply and demand and enrich the content of red tourism education in colleges and universities;Strengthen the awareness of innovation and create a characteristic red tourism education form;Extend the cam-pus education chain and consolidate the effect of red tourism education,so as to provide scientific reference for effectively strengthening the red tourism education of postgraduate students.
