摘要
拉紧小车是带式输送机中重要的组成部件,不同带宽、拉紧力、拉紧形式都会影响到小车的结构。标准化设计是为了增强拉紧小车的可靠性、安全性,同时提高拉紧小车的通用性、缩短设计周期、降低库存、提高板材利用率、节约成本。对不同带宽、不同拉紧力的小车进行受力分析、计算、归纳统计,最后完成拉紧小车图纸设计和制作出选型型谱,为今后的带式输送机方案设计提供可靠的理论和技术支持。
The tensioning trolley is an important part of belt conveyor,the structure of trolley will be affected by the different bandwidth,tensioning forces and tensioning forms.Standard design is to enhance the reliability and safety of the tensioning trolley,at the same time improve the generality of the tensioning trolley,shorten the design cycle,reduce the inventory,improve the utilization rate of plates and save the cost.The stress analysis and calculation,induction and statistics of trolley with different widths and different tension forces were carried out.Finally,the drawing design of tensioning trolley and type the selection spectrum were completed,which provides reliable theoretical and technical support for the future belt conveyor scheme design.
