基于煤流量识别的带式输送机节能控制系统设计与研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对带式输送机控制系统存在的节能效果不明显、煤流量检测精度不高等问题,研究了一种基于煤流量识别的带式输送机节能控制系统。试验结果表明,该节能控制系统煤流量检测误差可保持在5%以内,24 h能耗下降了30.19%,电费下降了43.23%,实现了带式输送机节能降耗、经济运行的目标。 Aiming at the problems of insignificant energy-saving effect and low detection accuracy of coal flow in the belt conveyor control system,a belt conveyor energy-saving control system based on coal flow recognition was studied.The test results show that the coal flow detection error of the energysaving control system can be kept within 5%,the 24 h energy consumption is reduced by 30.19%,and the electricity cost is reduced by 43.23%,which achieves the goal of energy saving and economical operation of the belt conveyor.
