定向钻机泥浆泵用四挡变速箱设计研究

Design and Research of Four-speed Gearbox for Mud Pump of Directional Drilling Rig

针对目前多数定向钻机泥浆泵使用定量马达驱动而无法调节泥浆泵排量的情况,设计了一种用于调节泥浆泵输入转速的四挡手动变速箱。该变速箱输入端通过联轴器与电机相联、输出端通过联轴器与泥浆泵输入轴联接,当需要调节泥浆泵流量时,通过手动调节变速箱挡位可实现泥浆泵流量定量调节。该变速箱采用两级传动减速,第1级传动为公共级,第2级则通过不同齿轮对的相互啮合,实现4个不同挡位变速。整个变速箱结构紧凑、操作简单可靠。

At present,in view of the fact that most directional drilling rig mud pump are driven by quantitative motor and the displacement of mud pump cannot be adjusted,a four-speed manual gearbox for adjusting the input speed of mud pump was designed.The input end of the gearbox is connected with the motor through the coupling,and the output end is connected with the input shaft of the mud pump through the coupling.When the flow of the mud pump needs to be adjusted,the quantitative adjustment of the flow of the mud pump can be realized by manually adjusting the gear of the gearbox.The gearbox adopts two-stage transmission to reduce speed.The first stage transmission is a public stage,and the second stage realizes four different gear shifts through the mutual engagement of different gear pairs.The whole gearbox is compact in structure and simple and reliable in operation.
