摘要
岩巷掘进中工作稳定性是影响整机性能的一个主要指标。根据掘进机整机参数和受力情况,建立了稳定性分析模型,设计了新型的稳定支撑机构,增加了与底板的接触面积,得出了摆动截割过程中的最小稳定性系数。可根据掘进机的摆动距离实时调整掘进机在巷道中的位置,进行了实验室验证,提高了截割稳定性及摆动灵活性。
The working stability in rock roadway excavation is a main index affecting the performance of the whole machine.According to the parameters and stress conditions of the whole machine,established a stability analysis model,designed a new type of stable support mechanism,increased the contact area with the coal seam floor,and obtained the minimum stability coefficient in the process of swinging cutting.According to the swinging distance of the roadheader,the position of the roadheader in the roadway can be adjusted in real-time.Laboratory verification has been carried out,improves the cutting stability and swinging flexibility.
