摘要
在矿用隔爆外壳的设计中,由隔爆外壳“d”保护的设备需对法兰隔爆面进行螺栓紧固设计,而螺栓紧固方式的设计与隔爆腔是否失爆有直接关系。采用理论计算对法兰隔爆面紧固螺栓的大小及数量进行了计算,并依据计算结果设计了2种布局方案进行有限元分析对比。结果表明,该理论计算方式较为准确,根据实际情况选用不同规格螺栓影响相差不大,设计合理,可以为同类设备螺栓设计提供参考。
In the design of flameproof shell for mining,the equipment protected by flameproof shell"d"needs to be bolted to the flameproof surface of flange,and the design of bolt fastening mode has a direct relationship on whether the flameproof chamber is dedetonated.The size and quantity of fastening bolts for flanged flameproof surface were calculated by theoretical calculation,and two layout schemes were designed according to the calculation results for finite element analysis and comparison.The results shows that the theoretical calculation method is more accurate,according to the actual situation influence of different types of bolt is not very different,the design is reasonable.It can provide reference bolt design of similar equipment.
