Q960D焊接冷裂纹敏感性试验研究

摘要 采用理论计算、热影响区的最高硬度试验方法、插销抗裂性试验方法、斜Y形坡口焊接裂纹试验方法等,系统研究了Q960D钢焊接冷裂纹敏感性。结果表明,Q960D级钢具有明显冷裂纹倾向。考虑到实际生产结构件复杂,建议Q960D钢焊接预热温度区间为100~150℃。 The cold crack sensitivity of Q960D steel was systematically studied by means of theoretical calculation, heat affected zone maximum hardness test, bolt crack resistance test and inclined Y-shape groove weld crack test, systematically studied the sensitivity of welding cold crack of Q960D steel. The results show that Q960D steel has a tendency of cold crack. Considering the complexity of structure parts,it is suggested that the welding preheating temperature range of Q960D steel is 100~150 °C.
