摘要
活柱体是液压支架等压立柱中重要的组成部分,通过研究活柱体内孔熔铜、外圆激光熔覆等表面处理的加工工艺,找到既能满足加工制造要求又能提高经济效益的方法。针对活柱体结构设计分析、影响加工因素、技术要求,选择合适的装夹方式、合适的加工流程,制定合理的加工工艺方法。
The living cylinder is an important part of the hydraulic support isobaric column. By studying the processing technology of the surface treatment of the living cylinder, such as copper melting in the inner hole and laser cladding in the outer circle, a method which can meet the requirements of manufacturing and improve the economic benefit is found. In view of the structural design and analysis of the living cylinder, the factors affecting the processing, technical requirements, selected the appropriate clamping mode, appropriate processing flow, formulate a reasonable processing technology.
