摘要
分析了含惰轮的采煤机变速齿轮对的结构组成,推导了含惰轮的采煤机变速齿轮对的设计原理,提供了一种含惰轮的采煤机变速齿轮对的设计方法,实现了低成本调整采煤机输出转速,提高了壳体的通用性和经济性。
Analyzed the structure and composition of the shearer speed change gear pair with idler,deduced the design principle of the shearer speed change gear pair with idler, and provided a design method for the shearer speed change gear pair with idler. The low-cost adjustment of the output speed of the shearer was realized, and the versatility and economy of the casing were improved.
