摘要
随着开采技术的不断发展,散料输送系统已朝着长距离、大运量、大提升发展。为了实现带式输送机系统控制简单、安全可靠、成本低,就必须增加中间驱动装置。对带式输送机中间驱动装置原理、理论计算方法、功率平衡以及应用工况等进行了分析,详细阐述了中间驱动装置在输送机中的作用、优点及注意事项。
With the continuous development of mining technology, the bulk material conveying system has developed towards long distance, large transportation volume and large lifting height. In order to realize the simple control, safety and reliability and low cost of belt conveyor system, the intermediate driving device must be added. Analyzed the principle, theoretical calculation method, power balance and application conditions of the intermediate drive device of belt conveyor, and expound in detail the function, advantages and precautions of the intermediate drive device in the conveyor.
