综掘工作面抽尘净化系统除尘器承载车优化设计研究

摘要 针对综掘面抽尘净化系统原除尘器承载车经常出现脱轨、翻车问题,通过轨道变形模拟实验,分析抽尘净化系统原除尘器承载车脱轨、翻车影响因素,得出除尘器承载车优化设计结构;通过采用自适应轨道面车架和自适应轨道面车轮结构,解决了在轨道变形较大时除尘器承载车脱轨、翻车事故。 In view of the problems that the original dust collector carrier vehicle of the fully mechanized excavation face dust extraction and purification system often derail and overturn,through the track deformation simulation experiment,the factors affecting the derailment and overturn of the original dust collector carrier vehicle of the dust extraction and purification system were analyzed,and the optimized design structure of the dust collector carrier vehicle was obtained.By adopting the adaptive track surface frame and the adaptive track surface wheel structure,solved the derailment and overturn accident of the dust collector carrier vehicle when the track deformation is large.
