摘要
针对液压支架阀组维修效率低的现象,分析其拆装工艺流程,将原来每组完成的重复性工序进行优化组合,设计了一套综合型阀组维修流水线。对流水线设备布置及修复工艺进行了阐述,重点介绍了此流水线主要工装——维修集成工作台及先导阀检测装置。应用实践表明,流水线作业合理高效地利用了空间,有效避免了阀组装配过程中反复搬运造成的人员伤害,解决了液压支架阀组维修周期长、大修成本高的问题,可以更好地服务于矿井生产。
Aiming at the phenomenon of low maintenance efficiency of hydraulic support valve group,the disassembly process was analyzed, the repetitive processes completed in each group were optimized and combined, and a set of comprehensive valve group maintenance assembly line was designed. Described the assembly line equipment layout and repair process, with emphasis on the main tools of maintenance integration workbench and pilot valve test device. The application practice shows that the assembly line makes rational and efficient use of the space, effectively avoids the personnel injury caused by repeated handling during the assembly of the valve block, solves the problems of long maintenance period and high overhaul cost of the hydraulic support valve block, and can better serve the mine production.
