股九针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treatment of knee osteoarthritis with femoral nine-needle

目的观察股九针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择2020年1月至2021年5月于天津市滨海新区杭州道街向阳社区卫生服务中心治疗的100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为2组,治疗组采用股九针治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。2组治疗前,治疗3周后、治疗后3个月和治疗后6个月分别采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行疼痛评分以及膝关节评分量表(LKSS)进行功能评分。结果2组治疗后各时段VAS评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(F=427.72、188.75,P均<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗3周后、治疗后3个月、6个月VAS评分均降低,且差异均有统计学意义(t=7.59、8.66、9.23,P均<0.05)。2组治疗后各时段LKSS评分均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(F=949.75、307.57,P均<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后各时段LKSS评分均升高,且差异均有统计学意义(t=8.28、9.98、12.27,P均<0.05)。结论股九针可以有效减轻患者疼痛,并改善患者膝关节功能,且疗效能够维持一定的时间。股九针对膝关节骨性关节炎患者具有显著的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of femoral nine-needle on knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected from Xiangyang Community Health Service Center,Hangzhou Street,Tianjin Binhai New Area.They were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method.The treatment group was treated with femoral nine-needle,while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture.Before treatment,3 weeks after treatment,3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)and knee joint scale(LKSS)were used to assess the pain and function of the two groups respectively.Results The VAS scores of the two groups in each period after treatment were lower than those before treatment,with a statistically significant difference(F=427.72,188.75,all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the VAS scores of the treatment group decreased after 3 weeks,3 months and 6 months of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.59,8.66,9.23,all P<0.05).The LKSS scores of the two groups in each period after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(F=949.75,307.57,all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the LKSS scores were increased in every period after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.28,9.98,12.27,all P<0.05).Conclusions Femoral nine-needle can effectively relieve pain and improve knee function of patients,and the efficacy can be maintained for a certain time.Femoral nine-needle has a significant therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis.
