铁心定位孔结构在干式配电变压器中的应用分析

摘要 本文作者介绍了一种七级全斜接缝结构和不叠上铁轭工艺的铁心定位孔结构在干式配电变压器中的应用,并以实际工程中的干式配电变压器为模型,对空载损耗采用三维仿真分析,并将仿真值与设计值及试验值进行对比。结果表明,采用铁心定位孔结构不仅能满足干式配电变压器的性能要求,还可大大提高叠片质量及装配效率,可在干式配电变压器中推广应用。 This paper introduces the application of a seven-stage fully inclined seam structure and the core positioning hole structure without overlapping iron yoke technology in dry-type distribution transformer. Taking the dry-type distribution transformer in practical engineering as a model, the no-load loss is analyzed by threedimensional simulation, and the simulation value is compared with the design value and test value. The results show that the core positioning hole structure can not only meet the performance requirements of dry-type distribution transformer, but also greatly improve the lamination quality and assembly efficiency, which can be popularized and applied in dry-type distribution transformer.
