纳米压痕法表征水泥基材料徐变的研究进展

摘要 水泥基材料的徐变是造成结构失效的重要因素。应用纳米压痕技术研究水泥基材料的徐变是一种新颖且有效的方法。综述了当前国内外基于纳米压痕技术表征水泥基材料徐变的研究现状,包括对微观物相、硬化浆体的直接压痕表征,对混凝土的多尺度徐变研究,以及应用纳米压痕分析温湿度场对水泥基材料徐变的影响。最后就当前研究现状提出了亟待解决的问题和对未来的展望。 The creep of cement-based materials is an important factor causing structural failure.Using nanoindentation technology to study the creep of cement-based materials is a novel and effective method.It reviews the current research status of characterizing cement-based material creep based on nanoindentation technology at home and abroad,including direct indentation characterization of microscopic phases,hardened pastes,multi-scale creep research on concrete,and the application of nanoindentation to analyze the influence of temperature and humidity field on the creep of cement-based materials.Finally,it puts forward the urgent problems to be solved and the outlook for the future on the current research status.
