当代中国史视阈下的妇女权益保障问题研究述评

A Review of the Research on the Protection of Women’s Rights and Interests from the Perspective of Contemporary Chinese History

男女平等是我国的基本国策,人权保障事业是我国国家政治生活的重要方面。改革开放以来,妇女权益保障问题逐渐成为当代中国史领域的重要议题之一。学者们从多学科、多视角对妇女的政治权利、经济与文化教育权益、人身权利、婚姻家庭权益等方面的保障展开研究,形成诸多学术热点。未来,妇女权益保障问题的研究内容、议题还有待进一步拓展;还需进一步厘清相关概念,加强资料建设与整理的力度;并期待广大学者更加关注妇女权益保障的现实状况,并以现实为导向深入对相关问题的历史研究,为促进当代中国妇女权益保障事业和构建中国性别平等社会提供有价值的经验借鉴。

Equality between men and women is China’s basic national policy,and the protection of“civil rights”is an important aspect of China’s national political life.Since the reform and opening up,the protection of women’s rights and interests has gradually become one of the important topics in contemporary Chinese history.Scholars have studied the protection of women’s political rights,economic,cultural and educational rights,civil rights,marriage and family rights from multiple disciplines and perspectives,forming many academic hotspots.In the future,the research contents and topics of protecting women’s rights and interests need to be further expanded.It is also necessary to further clarify relevant concepts and strengthen the construction and collection of materials.It is expected that the majority of scholars will pay more attention to the reality of women’s rights and interests protection and conduct in-depth historical research on relevant issues based on reality so as to provide valuable experience for promoting the cause of women’s rights and interests protection in contemporary China and building a gender-equality society in China.
