分析了量子信息相关技术发展历程、原理及特性、产业发展现状,梳理了量子信息技术领域标准化现状,给出了全球标准化组织所开展的标准化活动及标准化工作进展,通过引入技术成熟度级别定义,给出量子信息相关技术的标准化方向及标准化成熟度分析,提出量子信息标准化路线图。

This paper analyzes the development history and status quo of quantum information technology,combs the status quo of quantum information technology standardization,gives the standardization activities and progress of standardization work carried out by the global standardization organization,introduces the definition of technology maturity level,gives the standardization maturity analysis of the standardization direction involved in quantum information technology,and puts forward the standardization roadmap of quantum information technology.
