智慧综合杆的设计与应用

摘要 为了进一步提升路网运行管理能力,响应道路交通安全、便捷、绿色的服务需求,通过新一代信息技术赋能基础设施建设,集成设计了智慧综合杆,阐述了包括由感知层、网络层、系统支撑层、应用层组成的智慧综合杆功能架构以及杆体结构设计,介绍了智慧综合杆主要参数配置,并重点分析了智慧综合杆在路网运行智能感知监测、无人机全自动道路巡检、水浸监测3个方面的场景应用,从而为路网日常运行管理、拥堵治理、应急指挥决策、路网建设和养护等业务提供支撑。 In order to further improve the operation and management ability of road network and respond to the service demand of road traffic safety,convenience and green,this paper integrated the design of intelligent comprehensive rod through the construction of emerging information technology enabling infrastructure,and elaborated the functional architecture design and structural design of intelligent comprehensive rod composed of perception layer,network layer,system support layer and application layer.The paper introduces the main parameter configuration of intelligent comprehensive rod,and focuses on analyzing the application of intelligent comprehensive rod in intelligent perception monitoring of road network operation,automatic road inspection of UAV and flood monitoring,so as to provide support for the daily operation management of road network,congestion control,emergency command and decision,road network construction and maintenance and other services.
