摘要
在GB/T 36964—2018《软件工程软件开发成本度量规范》规定度量过程的基础上,对国内外软件核价方法进行研究,根据已有工作基础和实践需求,从基于专家经验、基于模型、基于历史项目、基于社平数据的四类软件核价方法中选取了基于社平数据的软件核价方法,提出了覆盖全国各省市的人天费率制定体系,为软件采购工作制定了科学合理的计算模型和工具。
Based on the measurement process specified in GB/T 36964—2018"Software engineering-Specification for software development cost measurement",this paper studies studied software pricing methods at home and abroad,including software pricing methods based on expert experience,model,historical project and social average data.According to the existing work basis and practical needs,this paper selected software price approval method based on social average data,developed a man-day rate setting system covering major cities across China,and formulated scientific and reasonable calculation models and tools for software procurement.
