摘要 当今国际形势正经历百年未有之大变局,中国经济发展肩负反遏制和产业发展自主可控的艰巨任务,高素质劳动者和建设者是推动中国产业创新发展必备的资源,作为培养企业生产一线人力资源的高职教育,劳动教育是技术转移人才培养的短板之一。文章从理论逻辑上厘清高职劳动教育传统文化价值、思想教育价值、社会发展价值和个体职业价值四个维度,回答了劳动教育“培养什么人,为谁培养人”的问题,从顶层设计、育人主体和路径措施方面解决高职劳动教育“怎样培养人”的问题。 Today’s international situation is experiencing once-in-a-century global changes,and China’s economic development shoulders the arduous task of counter-containment and independent and controllable industrial development.High-quality workers and builders are the necessary resources to promote China’s industrial innovation and development.Higher vocational colleges cultivate human resources in the production line of enterprises and the labor education is one of the shortcomings of technology transfer talent training.This paper clarifies the four dimensions of traditional cultural value,ideological education value,social development value and individual occupational value of higher vocational labor education from the theoretical and logical point of view,answers the question of"who to train and for whom to train"in labor education,and solves the problem of"how to cultivate people"in higher vocational labor education from the aspects of top-level design,education subject and path measures.
