摘要
采用常压等离子体对桑蚕丝织物进行表面改性预处理,通过桑蚕丝织物润湿性能的变化,确定常压等离子体的最佳输出功率、作用时间及气体流速,通过得色量、渗透率、色牢度等各项指标,探讨常压等离子体预处理对桑蚕丝织物数码印花性能的影响。探明桑蚕丝织物的常压等离子体预处理的各项最佳工艺参数,从而使常压等离子体预处理后桑蚕丝织物数码印花总得色量、染色性能、青黄黑红的渗透率、渗透性能、断裂强力、脱糊率等参数都有所改善,织物手感稍有变硬变差,而染色牢度基本保持不变。
This paper adopts atmospheric pressure plasma to pretreat the mulberry silk fabric,determines the optimal output power,action time and gas velocity of atmospheric pressure plasma by the change of wettability of mulberry silk fabric,and discusses the influence of atmospheric pressure plasma pretreatment on digital printing performance of mulberry silk fabric through various indexes such as color yield,permeability and color fastness.It investigates the optimal process parameters of mulberry silk fabric pretreatment by plasma under normal pressure,so as to improve the total color quantity,dyeing property,permeability,permeability,breaking strength and depasting rate of mulberry silk fabric after plasma pretreatment.The fabric is felt slightly harder and worse,while the dyeing fastness remains basically unchanged.
