摘要
建设智慧图书馆是支持和推动国家技术创新和产业变革的需要,也是推动图书馆事业高质量转型的创新需求。文章以技术变革为背景,从智慧图书馆的概念入手,介绍了智慧图书馆的基本要素以及建设目标,提出了智慧图书馆的体系架构模型,以期推动智慧图书馆的建设与发展。
Smart libraries are needed to support and promote national technological innovation and industrial change,and are also an innovative demand to promote the high-quality transformation of library business.With the technological changes,the article starts from the concept of smart libraries,introduces the basic elements of smart libraries and the construction objectives,and proposes the architecture model of smart libraries,in order to promote their construction and development.
