耳穴疗法对心房颤动射频消融术后复发的影响

Effect of auricular acupoint therapy on the recurrence of atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation

目的观察耳穴疗法对心房颤动射频消融术后复发的影响。方法将100例行心房颤动射频消融术的患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组术后采用常规药物治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用耳针及耳穴贴压治疗。观察两组术后12个月房颤复发率及房颤复发时间,比较两组术前及术后3、6、12个月左房前后径及左心室射血分数的变化情况。结果试验组术后12个月房颤复发率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据Kaplan-Meier曲线描述,两组首次记录到的房颤复发时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后3、6、12个月左房前后径及左心室射血分数与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论在药物治疗基础上,耳穴疗法能有效预防心房颤动消融术后房颤复发,提升患者左心室射血分数,改善其生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of auricular acupoint therapy on the recurrence of atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation.Method One hundred patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation were randomly divided into a trial group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drug after operation,and the experimental group was treated with auriculotherapy and auricular acupressure in addition to the treatment used in the control group.The recurrence rate and recurrence time of atrial fibrillation at 12 months after operation were observed in the two groups.The changes of left atrial antero-posterior diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction before operation and 3,6,12 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Result The recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation in the trial group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the Kaplan-Meier curve,the difference in the first recorded recurrence time of atrial fibrillation between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the left atrial antero-posterior diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction between the trial group and the control group at 3,6 and 12 months after operation(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion In addition to the drug therapy,add-on auricular acupoint therapy can effectively prevent the recurrence of atrial fibrillation after atrial fibrillation ablation,improve the left ventricular ejection fraction,and improve the life quality of patients.
