摘要
文章以一种锻造牵引杆的表面裂纹为例,从原材料性能、锻造工艺、热处理过程等方面对轨道车辆牵引杆表面裂纹进行分析研究,确定裂纹产生的原因,并提出解决方案,同时总结出针对锻件裂纹的快速分析流程及方法,为后续锻件产品的裂纹控制、裂纹原因分析提出相关建议。
Using the surface crack of a forged traction rod as an example, this article analyzes and studies the surface cracks on the traction rod of railway vehicles from the perspectives of raw material performance, forging process,heat treatment process, etc. to determine the root cause of the crack and thus put forward solutions. This article, at the same time, summarizes the rapid analysis process and methods for the cracks of forgings and puts forward relevant suggestions for the crack control and cause analysis of other forging parts.
