摘要 分析了载人航天器研制任务的特点,结合载人航天工程“三步走”发展战略目标,围绕探索实践、创新发展、持续完善三个阶段,系统总结了30年来载人航天器项目管理技术的发展历程和形成的典型方法,提炼总结出项目管理取得的成果,并对未来载人航天器项目管理的发展提出了展望。 Developing characteristics of China manned spacecraft are analyzed.Combining with the three-phase developing strategy of China Manned Space Project and focusing on the three phase of practicing exploration,innovative development,and continuous improvement,the project managements and typical methods developed in the 30-year history of manned spacecraft are systematically summarized.Achievements in the project managements are refined,and the outlook of future manned spacecraft project management is proposed.
