摘要
载人航天器作为我国迄今为止最为复杂的航天器,其系统的复杂性、产品的多样性、学科的广泛性、研制单位的差异性以及研制过程产品的相互耦合性,给型号的质量管理以及产品保证工作带来巨大的挑战。文章结合载人航天“三步走”发展战略的历程和载人航天的质量管理理念,总结了载人航天器产品保证的经验,采取技术先行和有效的管理落实方法把握住产品质量的关键环节,通过精细化管理手段将产品保证要求层层落实,做到可追溯和闭环管理,有效控制产品质量风险,从而提升载人航天器的产品质量。
As the most complicated spacecraft in China, the manned spacecraft is characterized by the complexity of its system, the diversity of its products, the extensiveness of its disciplines, the differences of its research and development departments, and the intercoupling of products in the development process, which brings great challenges to the quality management of models and product assurance. Based on the three-phase developing strategy of manned spacecraft and the concept of quality management in manned spacecraft, this paper summarizes the experience of product assurance for manned spacecraft, and adopts the method of technology first and effective management to control the key steps of product quality. Through fine management means, the product assurance requirements are implemented layer by layer, so that the risk of product quality can be effectively controlled, and the quality of manned spacecraft can be improved.
