摘要
综合测试是载人航天器研制生产过程的重要环节,其技术水平及自动化程度直接影响载人航天器指标评价有效性及研制进度。文章概述了载人航天器综合测试特点及典型设计方法,给出了自动化测试模式及远程测试模式设计方案。结合实际工程应用,给出了神舟一号到神舟七号阶段、交会对接阶段、空间站任务阶段等我国载人航天器三个发展阶段中相应综合测试技术的应用经验与成果,详细阐述了自动化测试及远程测试技术在不同阶段中的技术演化路径及应用实施效果,给出了我国载人航天器综合测试技术后续技术发展方向。
Integrated test is an important link in the development and production process of manned spacecraft. Its technical level and automation degree will directly affect the effectiveness and development progress of manned spacecraft specifications evaluation. This paper summarizes the characteristics of integrated test of manned spacecraft, and gives the project of automatic test mode and remote test mode. Combined with the actual engineering application, the application experience and achievements of the integrated test technology in the three development phases ofChina Manned Spacecraft, including the Shenzhou-1 to Shenzhou-7 mission phase, the rendezvous and docking mission phase, and the space station mission phase are presented. The automatic test and remote test technologies, their techno-logical evolution paths and application implementation effects in different phases are ex-pounded in detail, and the follow-up technical development direction of China Manned Spacecraft integrated test technology is provided.
