摘要 随着我国载人航天工程“三步走”发展战略的实施,以载人航天器大型密封舱结构为代表的航天器制造技术,实现了长足进步和跨越式发展。载人航天工程第一步,实现了铝合金蒙皮加筋结构载人密封舱体的高精度制造;载人航天工程第二步,突破了我国载人航天器向整体壁板结构的跨越;载人航天工程第三步,解决了球面壁板精密成形、空间曲面焊缝的自动焊接、超大舱体结构移动机器人加工等多项重大技术创新,实现了我国空间站超大型载人密封结构长寿命、高可靠制造。载人航天工程30年,形成了具有我国载人航天特色的制造技术和制造能力体系。 With the implementation of the China Manned Space(CMS) Program three-phase developing strategy, the spacecraft manufacturing technology, represented by the large cabin structures of manned spacecraft, has achieved great progress. In the first phase of the program, it has been broken through the precision manufacturing of the cabin with aluminum alloy skin reinforced structure. In the second phase of the program, it has been to realize the leap to the integral panel structure. In the third phase of the program, it has been solved the critical manufacturing technologies, such as precision forming of spherical panels, automatic welding with muti-degrees, and processing of super-large cabin structures by mobile robots, which has realized the long-life and high-reliability manufacture of the Tiangong space station. In the past 30 years, the manned space program has formed the first system of manufacturing technology and manufacturing capability with Chinese characteristics.
