摘要
开发了一种基于TDLAS的调制和解调技术的气体测试装置,通过在锯齿波上叠加正弦波,加载到可调谐激光器上,通过改变锯齿波的幅度和扫描范围,从而改变激光器的中心波长,激光扫过气体吸收池后,探测器接收到信号,利用锁相放大器,解调出2F信号,对气体浓度进行反演。
A system used to measure the concentrations of gas is developed based on TDLAS modulation and demodulation technology, which is a key technology of tunable diode laser. Sine wave is added to sawtooth wave, then they act on tunable diode laser. The central wavelength of tunable diode laser is changed by sawtooth wave scope. The signal of detector is dealt with the lock-in amplifier and the signal of 2F is got in the process.
