高职院校课程思政协同育人问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

为了更精准地分析高校课程思政存在的问题并有针对性地提出对策,文章结合已有研究成果,以高职旅游管理专业为例,采用问卷调查方法进行研究。研究发现人才培养方案整体设计薄弱,课程体系协同育人需要强化;教学过程割裂,校企双元协同育人需要强化;课程思政教学评价模糊,多元评价协同育人需要强化。回归课程思政本质,提升高职院校课程思政协同育人成效,需要高职院校在教学设计上构建协同育人的专业课程体系,在教学过程中推进校企双元共促课程思政协同育人,在教学评价上践行课程思政考核评价协同育人。

In order to more accurately analyze the problems existing in the curriculum ideological and political education of colleges and universities and put forward targeted countermeasures, the paper combines the existing research results, takes the tourism management major of higher vocational education as an example, and uses the questionnaire survey method to conduct research. The study found that the overall design of talent training program is weak, and the collaborative education of curriculum system needs to be strengthened;the teaching process is separated, and the school enterprise dual cooperation education needs to be strengthened;the evaluation of ideological and political education of the curriculum is vague, and the collaborative education of multiple evaluations needs to be strengthened. Returning to the ideological and political essence of the curriculum, and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to build a professional curriculum system of collaborative education in teaching design, promote the school enterprise dual promotion of curriculum ideological and political education in the teaching process, and practice the curriculum ideological and political education in the teaching evaluation.
