近年来“三全育人”理念深入人心,其在为高校辅导员育人工作指明方向、带来新发展机遇的同时,也对高校辅导员工作提出了更高的要求。高校辅导员应当明确自身在育人环节中的角色定位,积极探索优质、高效的育人路径。为推进“三全育人”工作的有效开展,高校辅导员应正确认识自身的角色定位,充分发挥自身在大学生思想政治教育工作中的纽带作用、引领作用,并不断提升思想认识高度,拓展思政教育深度,拓宽服务学生广度。

In recent years, the concept of "three complete education" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.While it points out the direction for college counselors’ education work and brings new development opportunities, it also puts forward higher requirements for college counselors’ work. College counselors should define their role in the education link and actively explore high-quality and efficient education path. In order to promote the effective implementation of the "three complete education" education, college counselors should correctly understand their role positioning, give full play to their role as a link and guide in the ideological and political education of college students, and constantly improve their ideological awareness,expand the depth of ideological and political education, and broaden the breadth of service for students.
