高校辅导员提升网络思想政治教育成效的路径探索——以地方院校学生工作为例

Exploration of the Path for College Counselors to Improve the Effectiveness of Network Ideological and Political Education——Taking the Student Work of Local Colleges and Universities as an Example

在信息裂变式传播的新媒体时代,大学生乐于接受新鲜事物,但其中有些大学生也容易一叶障目,做出以偏概全的论断。作为一名高校辅导员,要积极探索网络思政育人的途径,以网络思想政治教育为突破口,落实“立德树人”根本任务,发挥大学生的主体作用,宣传社会主流价值观,把大学生培养成自觉传播网络正能量的向上青年。文章以某地方院校学生工作为例,分析高校网络思政教育工作基本概况,并对高校网络思政育人工作的五大路径进行探讨。

In the new media era of information fission communication, college students are willing to accept new things, but some of them are also easy to make a one-sided conclusion. As a college counselor, we should actively explore ways to educate people through network ideological and political education, take network ideological and political education as a breakthrough,implement the fundamental task of "foster character and civic virtue", give play to the main role of college students, publicize the mainstream values of society, and cultivate college students into upward youth who consciously spread the positive energy of the network. Taking the student work of a local college as an example, this paper analyzes the basic situation of college network ideological and political education, and probes into the five major paths of college network ideological and political education.
