Exploration on the Integration of Labor Education into the Course of "Ideological Morality and Rule of Law" in Colleges and Universities

高校将劳动教育融入“思想道德与法治”课程教学,有利于充分发掘其中的劳动教育资源,发挥思政课立德树人的作用,有利于大学生更加了解马克思主义劳动观,为大学生参加劳动实践打好思想基础,培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。从目前教学实施状况来看,仍存在劳动教育内容挖掘不足、大学生自身主观能动性不足、教育形式单一等问题。高校应着力从专题教学系统融入、开展多种形式实践活动、构建评价考核体系等路径入手,实现二者深入融合,有效发挥育人合力作用。

The integration of labor education into the teaching of the course "ideological morality and rule of law" in colleges and universities is conducive to fully exploiting the labor education resources therein, giving play to the role of ideological and political courses in fostering morality and cultivating people, helping college students better understand the Marxist labor outlook,laying a good ideological foundation for college students to participate in labor practice, and cultivating new people of the times to assume the responsibility of national rejuvenation. Judging from the current teaching implementation, there are still problems such as insufficient excavation of labor education content, insufficient subjective initiative of college students, and single education form. Colleges and universities should focus on the integration of thematic teaching system, the development of various forms of practical activities, the construction of evaluation and assessment system and other paths to achieve the deep integration of the two, and effectively play the role of educating people.
