Youth is a critical period for the development of ideological values and comprehensive quality. In teaching, the head teacher should take class management as the educational platform and introduce advanced management and educational measures to improve the cultivation effect. The strategy of talent education can meet the needs of students’ growth and talent development in the new era, and it is an innovation of the class teacher’s management. Based on a brief analysis of the connotation of talent education strategy and its value in the management of class teachers, this paper focuses on exploring the application path of talent education strategy in the management of class teachers, with a view to providing valuable inspiration and help for the majority of class teachers to optimize the class management model.
