面对“十四五”后三年的窗口期,吉林油田将通过抓实效益发展规划,完善油气和新能源业务布局,加快建立“不靠高油价、不怕低油价”的可持续发展业务架构,坚定走稳走好高质量发展之路。党的二十大报告指出,高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。这进一步凸显了发展质量的全局和长远意义,为国有企业高质量发展指明了前进方向。

Facing the window period of the last three years of the “14th Five-Year Plan”, Jilin Oilfield plans to firmly follow the road of high-quality development by implementing the efficiency-oriented development plan, improving the layout of oil and gas and new energy businesses, and accelerating the establishment of a sustainable business structure that does not rely on high oil prices nor fears low ones.
