“两个确立”是新时代承前启后的重大命题,其深悟于党百年奋斗的实践场域、厚植于中华民族千年文明的肥腴沃土、刻画于马克思主义中国化时代化的不断飞跃、致力于凝聚实现中华民族伟大复兴的精神力量,是对历史“本然”及历史规律“所以然”的认知提炼。“两个确立”的提出还与新时代政治认同的鼎新机遇恰逢其时,伴随着新发展、新格局、新征程以及多元思潮交锋、国际形势涌动的多重影响,新时代政治认同也面临着“各去所偏、归于一是”的固本培元问题,需要一剂新鲜且有力的强心针,这与“两个确立”的内涵、特质及宗旨殊途同归。“两个确立”与新时代政治认同在把握历史上互通互鉴、在精神意志上互生互嵌、在实践行动上互促互进,坚定“两个确立”对于新时代政治认同的形塑和深化具有决定性意义。

“Two Establishes” is a major proposition of the new era. It is deeply understood in the practice field of the Party’s century-old struggle,deeply rooted in the rich and fertile soil of the thousand-year civilization of the Chinese nation,depicted in the continuous leap of the Sinicization of Marxism,and committed to the spiritual power of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It is a cognitive refinement of the“natural ”of history and the “regular” of the historical law.The proposal of “Two Establishes” also coincides with the new opportunity of political identity in the new era. With the multiple impacts of new development,new pattern,new journey,multi ideological confrontation,and surging international situation,political identity in the new era is also faced with the problem of strengthening its foundation by “eliminating bias and form consensus”,which requires a fresh and powerful shot in the arm. This is the same as the connotation,characteristics,and purpose of “Two Establishes”. The“Two Establishes”and the political identity of the new era are of decisive significance to the shaping and deepening of the political identity of the new era in grasping mutual learning in history,mutual growth and embedding in spirit and will,and mutual promotion and progress in practice.
