The structural characteristics,performance characteristics and management advantages of the new generation of high-efficiency intelligent high-temperature concentrated sulphuric acid submerged pump developed by Kunming Jiahe Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.,as well as its application in a 300 kt/a sulphuric acid plant,are introduced in detail.The high-efficiency intelligent high-temperature concentrated sulphuric acid submerged pump adopts process energy integrated simulation simulation technology,analysis and diagnosis technology,high-efficiency fluid transmission technology,intelligent sensor technology,etc.,and has the functions of intelligent data continuous collection,real-time monitoring,intelligent early warning,fault diagnosis and analysis,which can fully grasp the equipment operation status under unattended conditions,accurately diagnose abnormal problems,and improve maintenance efficiency.It reduces the labor cost and provides guarantee for the low energy consumption,safe and stable long-term operation of the sulphuric acid plant.
