摘要
针对云南天安化工有限公司硫黄制酸装置生产过程中,因液硫地下槽液位计故障导致漫磺事故和严重缺磺导致主风机停机事故,查找和分析了事故根源,提出了改进措施,对液硫地下槽液位的监测与控制实施了技术改造。通过优化工艺控制与报警系统,有效抑制了液硫地下槽事故的发生。
In view of the sulphur overflow accident caused by the liquid sulphur underground tank level gauge failure and the main fan shutdown accident caused by the serious lack of sulphur during the production process of the sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant of Yunnan Tian’an Chemical Co.,Ltd.the accident source was found and analyzed,the improvement measures were proposed,and the technical transformation was implemented for the monitoring and control of the liquid sulphur underground tank level.By optimizing the process control and alarm system,the occurrence of liquid sulphur underground tank accident was effectively suppressed.
