含金硫精矿氧化焙烧-氰化浸金工艺生产实践 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了云南某含金硫精矿的组成及性质,以该硫精矿为原料采用“3+2”二转二吸工艺,“ⅢⅠ-ⅤⅣⅡ”换热流程生产硫酸,通过氧化焙烧使含金硫精矿伴生的有色金属富集,焙砂通过水洗氰化工艺回收金、银后,氰化尾渣再用于钢铁生产。氧化焙烧-氰化浸金工艺金、银、铁、硫的回收率分别可达80%,50%,95%,99%,实现了含金硫铁矿的资源化、综合化利用。 The composition and properties of a gold-bearing sulphur concentrate in Yunnan are introduced.The sulphur concentrate is used as raw material to produce sulphuric acid by“3+2”two-to-two absorption process and“ⅢⅠ-ⅤⅣⅡ”heat exchange process.The non-ferrous metals associated with the gold-bearing sulphur concentrate are enriched by oxidation roasting.After the gold and silver are recovered from the calcine by water washing-cyanidation process,the cyanidation tailings are reused for steel production.The recovery rates of gold,silver,iron and sulphur in the oxidation roasting-cyanidation gold leaching process can reach 80%,50%,95%and 99%respectively,realizing the resource and comprehensive utilization of gold-bearing pyrite.
