摘要
研究了山东恒邦冶炼股份有限公司沸腾炉焙烧硫酸系统净化工序的稀酸砷含量分布情况,通过对稀酸循环方式和路线进行改进,实现了在高效洗涤塔脱去大部分砷的目的。改进后平均每月外排废酸中砷质量由91.37 t降至10.63 t,减少了后续污酸处理工序硫化氢的使用量和硫化渣的产生量,降低了生产成本。
The distribution of arsenic content in dilute acid in the purification process of fluidized bed roaster sulphuric acid system of Shandong Humon Smelting Co.,Ltd.is studied.The purpose of removing most arsenic in the high-efficiency scrubber is achieved by improving the dilute acid circulation mode and route.After the improvement,the quality of arsenic in the discharged waste acid per month is reduced from 91.37 t to 10.63 t,which reduces the usage of hydrogen sulfide and the production of sulfide residue in the subsequent waste acid treatment process,and reduces the production cost.
